buy minutes - telecom calls termination route
If client would like to buy a route from avaialable list. There are two types of
route:
1. DirectRoute: A route with specified destination is sold to client, has good rate
so that client will buy and sell calls for the large volume of minute. it has competitive
rate, and is managed separately by carrier. It is suitable for client looking for
main route which has the large volume of the minutes.
2. AZRoute: As International route, client can send all countries around the world
almost, the countries depend on the definition in the AZ route ratesheet. AZDirectroute
offers to client two types of AZRoute
2.1 AZ Assured route: Call quality is fairly valuable. It means PDD, ASR, ACD is
acceptable enough to make client happy the quality
2.2 AZ Premium route: Call quality is excellent because using the white route from
goverment on the termination side. It means PDD, ASR, ACD is always better than
AZ Assured route. ASR, ACD is very high and PDD is short.
Before buying route, client must register member to open Azdirectroute telecom route
trading account which helps the client manage the money paid, origination gateways,
CDR, payments...Once your account has been activated and opened, and you are ready
to buy and use available routes.
Login your account, click menu Client Buy -> DirectRoute if you would like to
buy DirectRoute. Click menu Client Buy -> AZ Route if you would like to buy AZ
route. Every route information there, you should see the rate per minute and client
TechPrefix on that route, 5 digits for DirectRoute, and 3 digits for AZRoute.
Click menu Origination Gateways, add your origination IP there.
Click menu Client Balance to check your money and make sure your client balance
has sufficient balance before sending calls, of course if your balance around zero,
Azdirectroute system will reject your coming calls. You can deposit money to your
client balance via Paypal or Bank wire.
Send calls from client side which has the IP address added above, to AZDirectroute
IP address. You should see and know AZDirectroute IP at menu Origination Gateway
above. The call coming to AZDirectroute IP has to dialing format: [Client TechPrefix]+[CountryCode]+[RegionCode]+PhoneNumber.
If the test failed, you can check error detail in menu Client Buy -> Calls Log
to diagnostics the issue. If you can not verify the issue please contact support
team online or email.
If a route which you would like to buy is unavailable or unpresentable in the DirectRoute/AZRoute
list, please email or chat with AZDirectroute Sales Team for your order. If the
rate of the route you are looking for is acceptable and negotiable with carriers
then AZDirectroute will open route request to carriers and keep you posted about
your order later until your order is matched with suitable carrier.
sell minutes - telecom calls termination route
If carrier would like to sell a route from his available route list, carrier can
sell the following route types:
DirectRoute: A route with specified destination, has competitive rate with other
carriers, good quality, available capacity, non FAS and stable.
AZRoute: As international route, full countries are needed, carrier can sell his
AZ type: Grey, White, Standard, Assured, Premium on what he has. The carrier AZ
rate sheet will be reviewed before approval to client, so carrier should consider
for competitive rate, non FAS, available capacity and stable.
Carrier is suggested to decrease some percentage on the rate offerring because AZDirectroute
doesn't charge any service fee to carrier but AZDirectroute reserves the right
to assign suitable rate to client via our careful consideration, some percentage
is needed so that AZDirectroute has margin of profit to work on route submitted.
Before selling route, carrier must register member to open AZDirectRoute telecom
route trading account which helps the carrier to manage the money paid, termination
gateways, CDR, rates, payments...Once your account has been activated and opened,
and you are ready to sell route to client.
Log in your account, click menu Carrier Sell -> DirectRoute if you would like
to sell DirectRoute. Click menu Carrier Sell -> AZRoute if you would like to
sell AZRoute. Carrier will post and submit his route information to the DirectRoute/AZRoute
section which he would like to sell. Carrier Ratesheet and Carrier TechPrefix should
be prepared to input to the route information posting to AZDirectroute for approval
and testing. Separated Carrier TechPrefix is needed if there are countries sold
with the same countrycode posting with different rates for different route types,
such as India (91) White $0.01, India (91) Grey $0.0076, separated Carrier TechPrefix
per India type in this case will make carrier rate charged correctly.
Click menu Carrier Sell -> Termination Gateways, declare and add your termination
IP address there. Carrier should also see AZDirectroute IP address there. Once carrier
has added his termination IP address, then go to carrier side, carrier adds and
allows AZDirectroute IP address there, open the route available so that calls are
terminated to PSTN well. AZDirectroute suggest carrier to open either full credit
or at least 10K USD so that calls can go fine without interruption due to credit
issues.
Click menu Carrier Sell -> Carrier Balance to check the money paid for carrier's
route if client sent the traffic on the route which you posted and was approved
successfully. Don't worry about the credit assigned to AZDirectroute because
anytime client uses the route, money is paid to carrier balance exactly in realtime.
AZDirectroute manages and secures your payments. Once carrier balance has money
then you withdraw it anytime you like to any carrier's beneficiary account including
Paypal and international banking wire with the small fee, $1 per time for Paypal,
and $25-$50 per time for international banking wire (depending on the country which
bank account is resident). More addition, if carrier would like to buy or looking
for other route from other members on the AZDirectroute telecom route trading portal,
carrier can transfer the carrier balance to client balance and use it to pay for
minutes on the route carrier is running.
The call on the specified route is sent from AZDirectroute side which has the IP
address mentioned above, to carrier IP adrress which is added above as Termination
Gateway. For the call traffic is terminated successfully, before adding or posting
any route to sell, carrier agrees that the route has been opened fully, AZDirectroute
IP address has been added and authenticated well at carrier side, and the credit
with AZDirectroute at carrier side is given fully without interrupting for the route
which is running or will run from client's need in anytime. By carrier and AZDirectroute's
consent about the route selling, AZDirectroute has responsiblity in manages payments
and billing from client for carrier, and carrier has responsibility to maintain
quality and keep the route stable anytime.
Click menu Carrier Sell -> Directroute or AZRoute, once the route is posted,
the route is assigned status 'PendingApproval', then AZDirectroute team
will check the route for the rate whether it is good rate for client to use, and
make some test calls to carrier IP address to check quality and interconnection.
If route is OK, AZDirectroute will approve the route to status 'Available'
which means that route is awaiting and inviting for client to start the business
with the rate and channels given.
Because by default, a client (resgistered member) which has sufficient balance,
can send test or live traffic on the route posted (production available route list
at AZDirectRoute telecom route trading portal) anytime he likes, AZDirectroute is
not able to evaluate exactly which time client is sending is live or test traffic,
so AZDirectroute could not confirm to carrier about the traffic until client confirms
the route he is using for production. AZDirectroute has not to confirm to carrier
if channels are being used < 1E1 (32 channels/ports), otherwise, AZDirectroute
will confirm and follow up the ticket of client's request with carrier on the
route posted anytime for expanding capacity of available channels, rate negotiation,
quality issues...The carrier who is posted the route should prepare for stability
of the route posted anytime with the traffic coming from AZDirectroute side, so
that carrier makes client happy for the quality and continue using the route posted.
In case, carrier would like to change the rate to a route posted, just simple, login
account, pick up route record and edit current rate to new rate. if the new rate
is smaller than the old rate, the rate is applied immediatly to client who is terminating
traffic to this route. Otherwise, new rate is pending to apply,current rate is still
used until new rate is approved by AZDirectRoute (often max 24 hours in reviewing
new higher rate changed) and in this meantime for approving new rate, AZDirectroute
system has also notified to client who is sending traffic on the route knowing about
new rate which will be changed in short time, so that client has schedule and time
to review new rate, agrees to continue or disgrees to stop traffic with the new
rate. Anyway by carrier request, AZDirectroute will approve the new rate in the
short time, regardless client agrees or disagrees.
In the meantime for approving the higher rate, if current traffic is much effective
to your profit margin, you can block the route temporarily at your side until new
rate is confirmed, this avoids your money lost due to the margin changed between
old rate and new rate are pending.
If route becomes unavailable, carrier should change its status to 'Unavailable'
to remove the route of the trading list, so that client doesn't take time to
attempt the route. Once the route is back, carrier will change status to 'PendingForTesting'
so that AZDirectroute will test and make it available again.

register member to open route trading account
It is easy to open account for free, and it take some minutes to complete.
On the top of AZDirectroute website, click Register button to open AZDirectroute
telecom route trading account. Once you submit registration form, AZDirectroute
system will send mail to your registered email regard the content of the account
activation request. Then you need to open your mail box (InBox/SpamBox/JunkBox)
and should see the mail with title 'Account Activation Request', click on
the activation link in the mail, a web browser will be opened and redirect you to
AZDirectroute website page, and show messsage 'Your account was activated successfully',
then your account is ready to use for Buy and Sell route in secured payments. This
activation procedure is needed to confirm that you agree to work with AZDirectroute,
and your email is identified in secured communications with AZDirectroute.
An member account can do both activities Buy and Sell with Client role and Carrier
role.
With client role, AZDirectroute will assigns free $1, bonus for testing on Client
Balance for new member, if client needs to test more, client needs to top up money
to Client Balance, which can be topped up online Paypal or banking wire.

activation email is not found in mail box
There are some reason, you don't find activation email from AZDirectroute in
your mail box.
Make sure that you have refreshed your mail box to receive all latest emails. For
Outlook Express, new emails are downloaded automatically around every 30 minutes,
to download new emails, you click menu button 'Send/Receive All Folder'
on the top of Outlook Express. For other web mail, click on the Inbox link.
The activation email should be located in the InBox/JunkBox/SpamBox, email can be
moved to different folders depends on how spam filter works, it can assign any email
as spam by its rule.
Sometime, communication between AZDirectroute's SMTP Mail Server and your mail
service provider can be late for some minutes. if activation email doesn't arrive
within 5 minutes in all mailbox folder, then you can contact online chat or email
to support team to resolve your problem.
If unlucky, the email residents in Junk/Spam folder. AZDirectroute highly suggest
that you mark it as NonSpam, so that later communications via emails will be moved
into the Inbox folder, up to date the potential business for route trading with
AZDirectroute.
Forgot password
To retrieve account password forgot, first you must be the owner of the registered
email.
Go to the top of the AZDirectroute page, click menu My Account -> Forgot Password,
input the email which you have registered, then submit the form, AZDirectroute system
will send email regarding the forgot password request.
suspended account Circumstance
AZDirectroute reserves the right to suspend unused accounts which has no calls in
latest six months and balance is zero. Before suspending the account due to no fund
and no traffic, AZDirectroute will send an email regarding the circumstance for
account terminated/suspended, if you have no question and no suggestion within 1
week, AZDirectroute system will be suspend it automatically.
why account must be opened to Buy/Sell route
Yes, it is needed as soon as client/carrier would like to start Buy/Sell with AZDirectroute
tetecom route trading portal, because so that client/carrier can manage origination/termination
IP, route data, payments, balance, traffic statistics...
More addition, anytime client/carrier needs support, AZDirectroute can verify whom
client/carryer is working with, and assist to right specified account

can know status of balance anytime, manage payments, view CDR...

upload money to client balance
Client is easy to upload money to his client balance, the client balance is used
to pay for the route which carrier want to route to.
Login account, there are two options to top up money
Online payment via Paypal/CreditCard: Click menu Finance -> Client Balance, client
should see the invoice paying has default amount $700, client can change this amount
to custom value and at least $100 to pay for wholesale minute. When client checks
out payment completed and if payer email id has been verified already then
AZDirectroute system will deposit immediately amount received to benecifiary account
of that verified payer id. Otherwise, if payer email id is unverified, AZDirectroute
system will hold this payment to status 'Pending', until client sends scanned
documents (Passord, driver license..the document is confidential between client
and AZDirectroute) to make sure the payment is placed by the owner of Paypal account,
this policy is applied strictly to prevent frauds who are making payment from unauthorized/stolen
Paypal account. This is one time verification, once it is done, email payer id will
be verified and will top up automatically for the next payments.
Bank wire manual: It often takes 24-48 hours to complete, once bank wire payment
was sent, client needs to submit payment tracking record, login account, click menu
Finance -> Client Balance, click Upload Bank button, input amount sent and sender
nam, then submit to create payment tracking record, so that AZDirectroute
can post received amount to the right account which submited payment tracking record.
Client should have a plan to top up payments so that traffic are terminated well
without interruption due to payment problem.
how to buy route
To buy a route is also very easy. Login account, click menu Client Buy -> DirectRoute
if client would like to buy Direct Route (a specified route with wholesale and competitive
rate for large volume of minute); otherwise, click menu Client Buy -> AZRoute
if client would like to buy AZRoute (International route, all countries with wholesale
rate for uncommitted volume of minute). Client should see the rate and client TechPrefix
there.
Click menu Finance -> Client Balance, and make sure client has sufficient money
to pay for minute of the route which client would like to send traffic to. If low
balance, AZDirectroute suggests client top up account before sending live traffic.
Client can send calls anytime to any available route which is listed in DirectRoute
or AZRoute, without waiting for AZDirectroute opening route, as long as client has
enough money in Client Balance to pay to the calls.
Click menu Origination Gateways, add your origination IP there.
Click menu Client Balance to check your money and make sure your client balance
has sufficient balance before sending calls, of course if your balance around zero,
Azdirectroute system will reject your coming calls. You can deposit money to your

prepayment
AZDirectroute applies policy strictly, AZDirectroute doesn't prepay to any size
of carrier having either reference document or non reference document because it
is high risk to AZDIrecroute if client doesn't buy or continue using the route
or carrier's own problem...For the best, carrier gets money paid if there is
minute used on the route. it is fair to both client and carrier.
AZDirectroute telecom route trading portal, a trusted & serious party, provides
assured service to client and carrier, keep business stable on the transaction &
payment secured. It means that client pays for real minutes used, and carrier also
gets money paid by minutes used. AZDirectroute system manages minutes billed exactly
on the rate agreed between client and carrier, make sure responsibility for parties,
prevent frauds due to unpaid payment between client/carrier.
With AZDirectroute, carrier get money paid by minutes used on the route posted.
The money is paid exactly what carrier is selling on the route posted for minutes
used. Of course, once carrier has money in menu Finance -> Carrier Balance, carrier
submits money withdraw request so that it will be proceeded in short time by AZDirectroute
billing department.

how to sell route
It takes only some minutes to post a route to sell. Carrier should make sure
that the route is a direct route with good rate, non FAS, and good ASR ACD PDD
statistics. The channels of the route should have high capacity and at least
1E1(32 channels).
Carrier should consider to offer the good rate to AZDirectroute, the good rate
should be lower than the competitive rate in the maket for at least 3%, so that
AZDirectroute has margin to maintain the route, efforts to find client for the
route traffic, and is given commission transparently. Although AZDirectroute
reserves the right to assign suitable rate in dealing with client but carrier
should also give very goood rate so that the production rate for the route trade
with client is more easier to fill up the channels of route as soon as possible.
Login account, click menu Carrier Sell -> DirectRoute, if carrier would like to
sell DirectRoute, and click menu Carrier Sell -> AZRoute, if carrier would like
to sell AZRoute.
Before posting the route to sell in section DirectRoute/AZRoute, carrier click
menu Profile -> 'Termination Gateways' to add carrier's termination IP address
so that the route posted will be routed to it in the section
DirectRoute/AZRoute. AZDirectroute suggests carrier to open either full credit
or at least 10K USD so that calls can go fine without interruption due to credit
issues.
Once route is posted new successfully, AZDirectroute system will make its status
to 'PendingApproval'. Within 24 hours or sooner, AZDirectroute Sales team will
approve the route if the route has good rate and call quality is tested OK.
If route becomes unavailable, carrier should change its status to 'Unavailable'
to remove the route of the trading list, so that client doesn't take time to
attempt the route. Once the route is back, carrier will change status to 'PendingForTesting'
so that AZDirectroute will test and make it available again.

how to get paid & Withdrawn

AZDirectroute service is free for opening account, there is no hidden fee, no annual
fee, no membership fee, no monthly fee.

the right ot the rate which is result for negotiation with client and carrier.
billing method
If there is no special, AZDirectroute suggests billing 1/1 except Mexico 60/60
For dialer route, maybe there is another billing type: 6/6 or 30/6 or 1/1
trading reference about prepayment/credit
AZDirectRoute does not accept any trading references to ask for prepayment/credit
from seller/buyer. Trading reference can be faked and not sure for payments. Azdirectroute
provides assured service, and payment must be controlled well between parties.
Which is payment method accepted to seller ?
To prevent voip frauds, AZDirectRoute does not make any prepayment to any seller
because we have responsibility to refund for buyer's un-used traffic. If a buyer
has calls on the route, the cost of them will be deducted from buyer account and
then deposit to seller account. We make sure that the seller will get his money
for real used traffic volume.
Seller can make withdraw request to send money from his trading account to his expected
beneficiary bank account.
Payments & Fee
Client uploads payment:
AZDirectroute accepts Paypal, banking wire and credit card. Client can upload money
by selecting the best lowest fee payment method which is able to send money to AZDirectroute
beneficiary account. AZDirectroute doesn't apply any addional charge, except
payment fee from third party.
Paypal MassPay: If client's Paypal account has money at the balance on Paypal
Business Account Type, then client can send MassPay with $1 transaction fee with
any amount size of payment. AZDirectroute suggests client to use this method to
save third party fee (Paypal fee).
Paypal International or CreditCard: If you can't use MassPay, and you are only
able to send with normal method, which has fee around 2-4% per transaction. It means
that $100 is sent, AZDirectroute is only received $96
Banking Wire: If client can send via the bank, it is faster to upload money directly
from client's bank to AZDirectroute's bank, it can take 24-48 hours to get
deposit to client's beneficiary account at AZDirectroute telecom route trading
portal. The wire fee by the bank can take $25-$50 per time. With live traffic and
large payments, AZDirectroute suggest client to use this method.
To pay money online for uploading payment, login account, click menu Finance ->
Client Balance, click button Upload Paypal/CreditCard then follow up to proceed
the payment.
To pay by bank, client also submits Banking record for tracking, login account,
click menu Finance -> Client Balance, click button Bank Wire, input amount of
money and sender information. Once payment come, AZDirectroute will deposit to right
beneficiary account.
Wire transfers will be posted immediately as soon as it comes the azdirectroute
account. Buyer should have a plan ahead to make certain that the balance has enough
fund to pay for calls.
AZDirectroute will deposit to client balance with amount received. so client should
arrange the best payment method which has lowest third party fee.
Client/Carrier withdraws payment:
AZDirectroute accepts Paypal and banking wire in making payment to client/carrier's
beneficiary account if Client/Carrier balance has available money.
Paypal MassPay: If client/carrier withdraws money to Paypal, AZDirectroute will
send Paypal MassPay method, which has $1 per transaction fee.
Banking Wire: If client/carrier withdraw money to the bank, AZDirectroute's
bank will charge $25 for US wire, and $50 for international wire.
withdraw money to personal account
Client/carrier can withdraw money to any beneficiary account type regardless it
is either company type or personal type. With money withdraw request, what he
does is provide details of full beneficiary information, then
money will be sent to.

If client balance is reaching around Zero, calls are cut off immediately, so
client should have good plan to top up money to keep traffic go stablely.
To prevent client balance going to negative, AZDirectroute system will reflect
the avaialble money on the balance and concurrent channels number so that if
client balance is small, then channels are also reduced. If client has live
traffic, AZDirectroute suggests client keeps balance at good threshold amount to
avoid channels limited due to the balance issue.
In case, client sends too many call channels which can cause traffic handling
problem, congestion and effect to other clients, AZDirectroute will block client
account temporarily until traffic are reduced to normal size.
