1. How to buy direct route?
 |

|
Required materials:
-Azdirectroute trading account
-Buying-fund > zero
Answer:
-Log in your account, click menu Buy Direct Routes, view available routes there,
if you need to start to send calls to one of routes on the list, follow dialing
format supported: RouteCode+RegionPrefix+PhoneNumber
-Click menu My Buying Routes, add your IPs before sending calls.

2. How to
upload fund?

Answer:
Log in your account, click menu Buying-Fund. Follow instruction to transfer
money via bankwire or paypal.
Note:
-Minimal $100
-Bankwire method is preferred.
-Paypal method:
For verified Paypal email: fund will be deposited immediately.
For un-verified Paypal email: Fund is only cleared as soon as the payer provides
information for verification from the Paypal account owner, this prevents frauds
who are making payment from unauthorized/stolen Paypal account. After
verification is completed, then payer's email will be verified.

1. How to
sell your direct route?

-Direct route & good acd/asr statistics
-Good rate
Answer:
Regard the selling-rate:
-The should need to sell at good dealer rate for wholesale minutes, if the rate
is high, the the selling-post request can be rejected.
-Azdirectroute reserves the right to assign suitable rate before selling route
to clients/buyers.
How to post selling-request:
-Log in your trading account, click menu My Selling Routes, update your
termination and add route data you need to sell.
-You must give minimal credit $1000 at termination side, before adding routes to
trade at Azdirectroute, because clients can not start traffic to route if
termination has credit problem. Azdirectroute suggests $10000 credit. |

any registration fee?

Azdirectroute is free to open trading account, no connection fee, no annual fee,

Wire transfers will be posted immediately as soon as it comes the azdirectroute
account. Buyer

4. Can
seller ask for prepayment?

Answer:
-No, Azdirectroute as serious party, we prevent frauds, protect the payment from
clients and keep transaction fine between parties. Seller only gets paid by
passed-traffic. It means seller will open credit at termination, and withdraw
money on the used-volume.
-Login your account, click menu Selling-fund, then place an withdraw request. If
someone uses your route, then your money will be loaded into Selling-Fund.
Our policy is applied very strictly, Azdirectroute doesn't also place prepayment
to any seller who has references or any size of business

5. Is there
any general billing method for buyer/seller?
 |
|
|
Answer:
Billing 1/1 must be used to both buyer/seller synchronously, except Mexico 60/60
. Other billing type, such as 30/6, 6/6... is not accepted.

6.Can
trading references be used for credit/prepayment?
 |
|
|
Answer:
AZDirectRoute does not accept any trading references to ask for prepayment/credit from seller/buyer.
Trading reference can be faked and not sure for payments. Azdirectroute provides
assured service, and payment must be controlled well between parties.

7. What are
payment methods accepted?

For buyers: Paypal/Bankwire/CreditCard
For sellers: Paypal/Bankwire/US-Check/Moneygram/Western Union.

8. Can
seller check how much money from running-routes?
 |
|
|
Answer:
Log in your trading account, click menu Selling-fund, seller can know status of
money from using- routes. The money in the Selling fund can be withdrawal or
transfered to the Buying-fund.
How it works:
If a client uses your route, money per call will be deposited into selling-fund
automatically. You only get money for real used minutes volume, and client will
pay as he goes. Azdirectroute provides assured service between parties in
route-trading.
Example: If buyer placed a call which as cost 5c, then selling-fund will be
updated 5c automatically. |

9. How to
place a withdraw request to beneficiary party from Buying-fund/Selling-fund?
 |
|
|
Answer:
Buying-fund: it is used to pay money for calls, if client has traffic, it will
be deducted by calls.
Selling-fund: it is used to get money deposited by calls, if route are being
used by client.
How to withdraw:
If your fund has available money, and you need to withdraw it, login your
trading account, click menu Buying-fund/Selling-fund, then place a withdraw
request with full beneficiary information.
Note:
A withdraw request will be checked and approve within 12hours or sooner.
When a withdraw is approved, you can pick up money at beneficiary account.

10. How to
upload money to Buying-fund to pay for calls?
 |
|
|
Answer:
Login your trading account, click menu Buying-fund and view instruction there.
Note:
-If buying-fund reaches zero, then system will cut off calls.
-$1 bonus is given, when your trading account is created. You can make some test
calls before upload more fund to start live calls.
-You should have a plan to upload fund, so that traffic can go fine without
interruption due to out of money from buying-fund.

11. Can i
withdraw money to my personal account?

Answer:
You can withdraw money to any beneficiary account regardless company/personal.
Worldwide countries are supported. you only provide full your beneficiary
information, then pick up money. |

12. What are
payment methods accepted?
 |

Answer:
Which is payment method accepted to seller ?
To prevent voip frauds, AZDirectRoute does not make any prepayment to any seller
because we have responsibility to refund for buyer's un-used traffic. If a buyer
has calls on the route, the cost of them will be deducted from buyer account and
then deposit to seller account. We make sure that the seller will get his money
for real used traffic volume.
Seller can make withdraw request to send money from his trading account to his expected
beneficiary bank account.

13. When the
call is cut off to buyer?
 |
|
|
Answer:
-If balance reach zero then system will cut off calls coming from buyer side.
-If buying-fund is getting small balance <$100, system will reduce to 5 ports to
prevent nagative balance. This policy is applied strictly because seller gets
paid into his account after every calls and can withdraw his money daily.
-The buyer should have a plan to keep sufficient fund, so that traffic can go
fine.
-The system can cut off calls if live traffic is running but too small balance
is reaching <$20

2. I don't see
activation email in the Inbox mailbox after i register new trading acount?
 |

Answer:
Double check the email in Junk/Spam mailbox, sometimes it is moved into, depend
on your spam filtering rule. If you can not find out, contact support team for
activation help.
You should mark as Non-Spam if the email is in the Junk/Spam.
So that later emails will be moved into the Inbox mailbox.

3. Is there
any circumstance whereby Azdirectroute can suspend my account ?
 |
|
|
Answer:
Azdirectroute reserves the right to suspend accounts without generating
any calls in 6 months and balance is zero. Before suspending the account
due to no fund and no traffic, Azdirectroute will send email regarding the circumstance
for terminated account, if you have no suggestion within 7days, then account
will be
suspended automatically. |

How to retrieve my account if i forgot the password ?

Go to the top of webpage, click menu Forgot password, input the email you have
registered when creating the trading account. After submit the form,
Azdirectroute portal will send mail
regarding the forgot password request.

data protected maximum?
 |
|

Answer:
You are always in safe, all data which you have provided is treated as
confidential information, and only accessed by the owner and Azdirectroute's
authorized person. It is encoded 128bit standard safely. Azdirectroute doesn't
share any informtion with third party without permission from the owner.

open my trading account?

It is very easy to open a trading account for free. It takes around 2 minutes to
complete.
How to open:
Go to the top of webpage, click menu Open Account, fill out your information, submit the form.
System will send an mail
regarding the activation request to your email address, open your mailbox/spambox,
click on the activation link, the link will redirect you to the
web page with content "Actionvation has been activated successfully".
When activation is compeletd, you can buy and sell routes for assured payments.
The activation procedure is needed to confirm the email is valid and
communication is identified.
